Hello everyone,

I'm moving to St Petersburg next week, and I need to start looking for a room to rent. I've heard that rooms to rent about 45 minutes away aren't too expensive (about USD300 pm?) Is that true?

I've got temporary housing with my school, not sure how long that will be for though.

I used Craigslist in Istanbul at the beginning of the year, and it was quite good. Is Craigslist in St Petersburg worth a try, or does anyone know of another website I can use, that preferably does not involve an agent?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
