|
|
I wanted to know if anyone out there know which ESL schools located in Shanghai offer the new hire teacher airfare expenses - preferrably reimbursing the teacher almost immediately upon arrival?
I think EF English First does this. Does anyone know any other ESL companies out in Shanghai that also do so?
Thanks everyone. |

There is no business logic in reimbursing airfare upon arrival. Why should they pay that large an amount of money, risking that the teacher sucks, will be fired, or that the teacher pulls a runner to travel the country, etc.? |

There are many more enforceable consequences for contract violation or those who take the free air ticket for granted and purposes other than of employment with those that paid for the ticket. |
