|
hi y'all,
i'm really interested in teaching in saigon, vietnam but i have a few concerns. first of all, i have a degree (bachelor international relations) and ive taught english before as a private tutor, but i dont have an english teaching certificate. also, i only have 6 months in which i can stay in vietnam (june-december). are these major obstacles? obviously i can pick up a teaching certificate no problem but is it possible to pick up some short term work without one? basically i just need enough hours to cover accomodation, food and a moto and im fine, its more about the experience of living in saigon.
thanks for any advice! |

It is possible to circumvent the ESL Teaching Certificate issue BUT problematic these days and Visa renewals are going to be a huge issue as well. But if you can get a 6 month Visa and don't do more than 3 month contracts - you should be able to skate right on through, no problem...
Whatever you decide, good luck! |
