I think when encountering sites like these, they have to be taken with a grain of salt. If I were you, I would contact them, give them your qualifications and ask a few questions such as what type of schools do they place teachers in, hours, salary, duration, and ask about a contract.
Would be interested to hear what they tell you. Judging from the pics they posted of their teachers, they appear quite young, live in a shared apartments so I assume the pay won't be great unless your just looking for some adventure and a short stay. Who knows--perhaps I'm wrong.
