Hi all!
I have accepted a teaching position in Ube, Japan. Currently, I teach in Seoul, Korea. I will be leaving my job before my contract expires to take the job in Japan (my boss will be receiving 1 months notice as stated in the contract I signed). Do I need to cancel my working visa in Korea before I am issued a Japanese working visa or does it matter? |

Your Japanese visa has absolutely nothing to do with your Korean visa- it doesn't matter to Japan Immigration what you do with your Korean visa. The only time that Japan Immigration would be interested in your visa from another country is if you had overstayed it and been deported and/or banned. |
