I've been out of the loop for a few years, but these are some of the rumours I'm hearing now.

IELTS examining :

Allowed to teach again in IELTS cram schools. Really ? When was the ban lifted ?
Speaking module is now in half bands ? How has the pronunciation band been effected ?
Three weekends or less per month ? 20-25 speaking with 30-40 writing scripts per week still ?
Has the average score gone above 4.5 ?

IELTS teaching :
In Beijing are the big schools still Oz IELTS and Global(they bought out Beijing IELTS) I hear the students grade the teachers...this sounds dangerous !
How much per hour ?

Cheers,
W

Some of that stuff you should be asking the BC directly. If you have been an examiner then you know that folks could lose future earnings by responding to you on a public forum. This forum is not necessarily as anonymous as people might think.

I suggest you email or call the BC, get recertified and answer your own questions without possibly getting others into trouble.
