Hey I'm planning on moving out to Mexico this July. I'm a native speaker from Florida with a BA in History and got my TEFL certificate last year *a 4 week 100+ hour course with practice teaching* I have been working for Berlitz in San Jose, Costa Rica since last September. *my first job in tefl* Also my family is Mexican and my parents are going to be out near San Luis Potosi for three months this summer, and I was planning on mooching off of them this summer while I look for a job. The thing is I'm not sure exactly where to go or who to write to. I'm leaving in June so I want to start putting out feelers. Whats the job atmosphere like there right now? What are some real hotspot out in Mexico right now? I was thinking about Guadalajara, Puebla, Oaxaca, possibly DF. Any information would be most appreciated.

I checked DF three days ago and there were 140 job listings. There were none for Campeche or Yucatan and two for Cancun. That should give you an idea of what is out there.
