I'm arriving at Narita on June 16th and plan to stay in Tokyo for a week to visit friends. After that, I'm taking the Shinkansen down to Nagoya. It will be very difficult for me to carry around 2 large pieces of luggage and a carry on so I was wondering if I could ship one of the pieces of luggage to my destination in Nagoya. What services would I use? Thanks in advance!

Right by the departure doors that head out to the bus stops, there's a counter for Kuroneko Yamato (black cat logo) that I used before. I think it was only like 4000 yen to ship my big suitcases pretty far, and it only took about a day. Actually, it might have been same-day.

edit: Ship it to your company if you won't be there for a while

I've been told that you can also send stuff from convenience stores to other addresses or convenience stores around the country, and it's really cheap.

OneJoelFifty, a lot of convenience stores have Kuroneko or some other service listed. They usually have a sign or flag with a logo on it to show that they can send packages.

Here's the price list...

You'll be sending from Narita (Kanto) to Nagoya in Aichi (Chubu).
All that's left is to figure out the size of your bag.
