Hello, everyone! I'm back! You may remember me from such strings as "Russia is Throwing English Teachers Out!" (this turned out to be not true, it was just BKC Moscow throwing ME out) and "The Truth About BKC-IH Moscow," a thread in which you all witnessed the rise and fall of my ego and naivete.

Anyways, just wanted to check in with y'all and let you know that things are going swimmingly. My lawyers contacted a bunch of authorities in Moscow to make formal complaints against BKC Moscow. They had their first court date on Wednesday, but the judge who was supposed to hear my case was at a funeral for that poor judge who got killed last Monday.

So, the updates are on my blog. Here's the latest one:

and here is the first one I wrote after one of my lawyers first went to court, back in February:

I continue to fight the good fight against BKC! Thanks for your good wishes and support, especially when I was such an ass during my first few weeks in Moscow.

By the way, I am available to all teachers in Moscow who are looking for legal advice if they are having rogue employer-related issues. I've been doing a ton of studying up on Russian Federation labor laws, and my lawyers, god bless them, are so, so wonderful. If you need a labor advocate, I can recommend mine unreservedly.

Go get 'em Eve! We are all rooting for you!

Eve. The first woman. And the first lady in BKC to stand up to thuggery.

Ура!
