I was wondering if there is a store that sells English language books on demand, that is, you give them the ISBN#, they order it for you, and you go pick it up at their bookshop a week later.
If not, how do you go about buying English books there? It is quite important for me to be able to read while I am there.
Does Amazon or a similar company ship to HCMC? |

You said you want 'English Language Books' - if you mean teaching books there is more than you will ever need in stores like Fahasa!
Fahasa has a number of stores in HCMC. Nguyen Hue street, Hai Ba trung and Le Loi. For recreational readng, the range isn't great but I think they can order in - just may take a while.
Not sure about having Amazon ship stuff - post is a little unreliable at times.
Also for recreational reading there's a second hand/exchange on Pham Ngu Lau that is VERY well stocked - if you don't mind a preloved book.
I'm an avid reader and have never had any trouble getting books here. In Hanoi there's a beautiful little bookshop on Yen The. |
