| I have applied at many different Universities in the south of China in the last two weeks. To date, I have heard nothing from any of them. I am a qualified, experienced English teacher. Is this just the way they do business? Wait until the last minute to start the hiring process? I want to begin the process of deciding on one of them soon. I guess this would not be too surprising as I have taught in China and I know that organizing and planning are not an attribute of any of the schools in China. |

| none of the FTs at our school have yet been asked if they would like to stay another year but that day is coming soon. Until central command gives the launch order, we're stuck at DEFCON 4. Wait out. |

My school is in the process.
For me, been offered 3 jobs...
Couple others I turned that immediately...
Had one interview yesterday, and
Two others in the process right now, i.e. interviews being set up.
ITS ON...!!
P.S. I'm Not qualified....and only my 2nd year here! 
Maybe im just so SHUAI  |
