I have been here one month living with my Chinese girlfriend near Hong Qiao Airport. I have 4 months in China having lived in Guangzhou before and Mexico and South America for 8 years before that.

I would like to communicate and network with other foreigners especially regarding corporate training work in companies and also getting private classes. An example is when someone calls me and the distance is too far I can refer that client to another teacher.

My girlfriend is in the process of setting up a language training company and later that will be my priority as well.

Are there any teacher groups here?

Basically we would like to meet other people who share our ambitions and also other foreigners to meet at Starbuck's and shoot the breeze.

I have done a lot of legwork with language schools and can share some info with others be they newcomers or long time residents.
