i am getting this error when i try to submit an online application.... does anyone know what this says?

It says please fill in all the required items.

Try running phrases you don't understand through an online Japanese to English translator next time (excite, google, etc.). It's free, fast, easy to do and should give you a gist of what the Japanese says without needing to wait on responses from others.

This set-up will solve the majority of the Japanese translation problems that you might encounter on-line.

And aside from the useful advice with unknown Japanese, make sure all the blanks/choices are filled in
