HIGH-QUALITY AMERICAN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINING
Now, this is not a joke about the quality of American English, rather I have just seen an advert for a job in Saudi making this point. And whilst not asking for only US citizens (so it's not a visa issue) seems to be asking for people with an experience of American English.
For myself, as a British Englishman, I cannot see any problems with teaching in such an environment.
Or am I naive? Years of watching American films, listening to American music, reading American novels or watching American documentaries and news on TV; are these just not sufficient?
Or is it the accent and dialect in a land of many accents and dialects and many immigrants?

I dunno! Why don't you confer with Shane's English School in Japan who requires nothing but RP English...as if the Japanese needed it! Sheesh!

Sounds rather bizarre. I think you'd have to ask them what they mean.
