Dear all,
I was wondering if anybody has concrete information, not conjecture, with regards to pay slips and the legal aspects?
I have been at my school for over 2 years now. Very happy and just started 3rd academic year. I have asked for pay slips since day one and always been told that the school dosen't do them.
I have received 3 pay slips when I asked for them because of my wife's visa to France last year. They were, however, just homemade and not official looking at all.
I have had a NPWP since the start; however, the form was pre-filled by HRD and we were asked to sign only. Suffice to say, the figure being paid was not what it should have been - but close.
So, are we as teachers entitled by law to recieve pay slips on a monthly basis? Any links or contacts to Manpower that are usefull?
Any help or experiences with this topic would be much appreciated.
Thanks. |
