Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has up to date info on this school. I did a search and found some information but It's from a while ago. I was wondering if the pay is ok, as I heard that the cost of living has risen in Poland alot (I don't know if this is true, it's just what I was told) How is the cost of living in comparison to wherever you are from? Is it possible to save anything if you are careful?
Also, Tarnow, how is it? It sounds like a fairly, unhappening place but I'm not really looking for a big hectic city again anyway. I do like to go to a restaurant or bar now and again though and I would like to meet people (foreign and Polish) Is it easy to meet people?
Is it a difficult place to live without Polish?
Thanks! |

Hi,
Unfortunately, no up to date information. However, I worked at the school and visited Tarnow regularly.
Tarnow is not too bad, much more aesthetically pleasing than Debica where there is another branch of the school. It is not beautiful, but it is not a complete dump. Besides, it is only an hour west to Krakow on the train. I would say it is not a difficult place to live without Polish.
As for the school, the owner treated me very well and cannot imagine that she has changed. Very professional place and I was lucky to have started my career there. I was able to live and save quite well ... in 2006.
You'll do worse. |
