If you add up all - if any - ESL jobs in say Van, Erzurum, Erzincan, Diyarbakir, Urfa, Adana, Sivas, etc.. then as a % of total ESL jobs in Turkey, is it the general impression of teachers in Turkey that ATLEAST 90% of all jobs are in the general Istanbul area?
