What did you end up doing? Did you take the job or not? If so, how is it going? |

@prufrockwakes
Any reasons why you turned down their offer?
Were the "occassional Saturdays" really every other Saturday, etc? |

An unqualified teacher in HK will end up working every Saturday and earn less than HK$20k per month...in a city that is ranked as one of the most expensive in the world.
Get your teacher's qual. before thinking of HK.
p.s. - there are loads of permanent residents who work as tutors part-time, so that might not be an option.
No quals? No good jobs in HK. |
