I asked a friend who said he'd done this and won, had had advice from a lawyer.

1. I listed the major grievance

2. I then listed each contract breach, where it was in the contract, and brieftly why. English, then Chinese translation on same page.

3. I added a separate "Attachment A" giving details about breach, only in English.

4. I hand-delivered the items above, along with copies of my contract, appendix, for expert card, to the city of Shijiazhuang Foreign Experts Bureau.

5. Dropped off copy of English-Chinese grievance and contract breach document to Shijiazhuang Univ. of Economics FAO.

City of Shijiazhuang FAO said, "Don't worry! We'll get back to you by Thursday about your problem!" I asked if I should drop a copy by the S.U. Econ. FAO. She didn't quite understand, but said, "Yes." I did, anyway. My friend says it doesn't take 3 days, but takes 2 weeks...
