Folks:
Any one leaving the UAE tertiary system with a least one successful contract term history, and willing to share his/her secret to success besides playing the 'door mat' will be really useful for newbies joining next academic year.
Thanks,
Mamasboy |

I'm afraid you're kippered mamasboy.
Doormats feature in most dress-codes in the Gulf. Some people go for a rather chic, hint of Dirk Bickembergs doormat, others for a more 1980's-London Carnaby-St style, and many simply go for a $4 Carrefour el- cheapo. But who really cares, hey, a doormat is a doormat.
The only other option open to you if you really value your principles is to dress as the consumate rebel. But I've never really liked the hats those bell-boys wear. |
