Seems like a long time has passed and just when we thought that things were going OK up pops issues like, who shall stay and who shall go. I for one do not even entertain the idea of staying even if they ask nicely with sugar on top.

It all started when the little insignificant cliques of expat teachers formed their alliances that they thought were significant. Their pathetic pleas to the ED-EX bureaucracy then to university deans went unheard and fell on deaf ears. Sure they managed to get a few little tidbits thrown at them so that there wouldn't be an uprising, but for the most part all of us got abused here and more posts are going to come believe me. Life here is not so bad really, once you get used to it. The locals are nice and hospitable. The problems arise with the expats who don't know how to live here and expect to change Saudia. Mr. P in Hofuf is a good example of how things can go wrong when poorly qualified people are put into places of authority just because they are good at football and have experience coaching hockey teams. The problem is, "we are not hockey players Mr. P." Just as in Hofuf, the same story is playing itself out her again. Lies, fabrications, misinformation, and a whole legion of other slanderous vernacular are coming out of the mouths of these heathen beasts that call themselves civilized westerners. They are closer related to trailer trash if you ask me. Where does ED-EX get these people (if you can call them that)? It seems that all you need to qualify to work here at Qassim with ED-EX is to be able to breath, walk, and chew gum at the same time.

I set the stage and now posts will follow in their due time. I give it another week until you see the horror of it all from other posters.

Regards to all the real people out there.

Pardon my ignorance but you might like to write your posts like a journalist and not assume everybody knows what ED-EX is and what the relationship is to Qassim Univ. I'm interested but I shouldn't have to do a search.

EdEx aka Education Experts, who work through Skyline Global Solutions and International Study Management, is a contractor that uses the latter two recruiters to fill it's gluttonous appetite for inexperienced teachers.

There!
All better now?
Sorry to have put you through that terrible task of using search drives and quantum search drives.

Regards.

.....well some of us have busy lives and cannot chase around here all day. Spaced-out felines should make life easier for us by telling the story simply.

Excuse me, but I have to go an gnaw on a bone.
