If you're living and working in Japan, you need to know your legal rights. Here is a link to info on a survival manuel on Japanese law for foreigners in Japan. I have this book myself. It's very detailed, not only about working, but family and daily life. Worth getting especially if you plan staying for a long time like me. Available in both English and Chinese trnslations.
