I'm heading to Surabaya around November time and was wondering how difficult it is to find work? are business classes easy to pick up?
Also is it difficult to find rooms to rent?
I have a good 4 week TEFL cert, one years experience teaching business English and a few months in a language mil. I also have a years experience teaching science and math in an elementary school (my current job). I prefer teaching children and love teaching science but I need to be realistic, I don't have a degree in this field, just experience. I only have a city & guilds in engineering (which mean nothing outside UK)
I contacted one of the more well known language schools in Surabaya and they may be hiring in January. |
