He is wanted by the local police for ripping off schools, as well as foreigners. This guy is the lowest of the low. I make it my business to let all foreigners know about this guy. If he is still doing anything in Zibo, it is through a proxy. I heard he fled to Fujian, where he is running the same scam with the same naive Australians. The guy has ripped so many people off.
Another up-and-coming Zibo crook is a woman called Helen Chang. SHe has been illegally employing and cheating foreigners for years. Last year, she screwed over a very decent Australian couple. She had them working 50 or 60 hours per week for something like 25 rmb per lesson. Then she made them pay 300 us dollars to get their passports back.
This year, I hear the government are watching her.

Thanx Bill,
Not really surprised the police haven't done anything yet, since when I was there he was giving pay-offs to them and to authorities (visa's came from Guandong) .. unfortunately we have to hope the grapevine starts to work on newbies who don't see this coming. I had my own dose of chinese hospitality, but unfortunately that had consequences on a number of folks I'd recruited for him !
Strong believer in what comes around, goes around .. if he's in Fujian, that means he's more than likely left his wife and son and daughter and is working with "Rose" at the main school.
One day it'll catch up with him.

His family are still in the same place. I don't think he has his 'office' in Zibo anymore luckily. He's largely out of the game in Zibo as his reputation is too low. Partly thanks to two foreigners telling their school's what was going on, so he couldn't lie his way out of trouble.Wink
Yet another crook is the former headmistress of 'Zibo Little Star Kindergarten' and currently runs the 'Foreign Language Overseas Training Center' or somesuch (with no foreign teachers!). Another 'user' that believes that all foreigners are stupid.
