Have a chance to teach at a university I have already begun my doctoral program in educational management; I have my masters in education; taught 5 years in school and have a CELTA

I am negotiating a salary between 1375 and 1400 with a housing allowance of 350.... Is that too much? Need advice not sarcasm..PM me if you have sound advice on how to negotiate contracts.
