Hi,
My roommate of two years is returning to the U.S., so I am looking for a roommate to share the apartment to begin in August (time flexible).
I live with two cats in a spacious, mostly furnished, 3-bedroom apt. in Roma Norte that I would like to share with one other person. The apt. is convenient to both the Metro (Centro Medico) and the Metrobus on Insurgentes, the Plaza Insurgentes and Pabellon Cuauhtemoc. Also, there's a Sumesa literally footsteps away.
The monthly rent is split in half: each person currently pays $3750 (pesos). We also split the phone/Internet, gas and electricity. It is really a great space (lots of air, light, two balconies) in a nice neighborhood.
About me: I'm a 51 y.o. gay man, nonsmoker, and I've been living here and teaching English for three years.
