Plastic health insurance cards issued by Cumberland Insurance, and Trade Union Cooperative Insurance, specifically state Hafiza: Iqama which, in translation, is Identification: legitimate and legal temporary residency (required for salaried employment in KSA).
This notation is absolutely, categorically, empirically, plus unequivocally false and represents health insurance application fraud perpetrated on unwitting teachers by Al Shabaka Training Establishment.
