Does anyone out there know anyone that stipends native English
speakers to teach country people in Romania, specifically
Roma people? I found an organization that is specifically for children
in Georgia that offers a stipend to "volunteer teachers", and was wondering
if there was an equivalent in Romania.
Anything along those lines that people can recommend ....
Thanks!!!!!

I haven't heard of any volunteer programs that offer a stipend for quite a while. The Soros Foundation used to do that. The Peace Corp might still be doing that but I think that they're closing down in Romania as well. |
Sharing Our Language offers a stipend. |
