Can Aeon English Teachers Call to their students directly on their cell phone at 9:26 P.M. ???
The Japanese Manager did not call , instead the English Teacher that does not speak any Japanese called the Japanese Student.
Please Speak Freely.
What should be done about this? |

Depends on the manager of the school, they do ask teachers to call any students who are absent from lessons if possible. Pesonally I never call any of my students because I feel it would be a bit awkward, they most likely have their reasons for missing a lesson. I was asked to do it 2 or 3 times when I first started but never bothered. My manager has never called me up on it or asked me again.
The Japanese teaching staff regularly call their students though if they miss a lesson, sometimes after 9pm when the school closes yeah (though that would usually be for a student who missed an 8pm-9pm lesson). If it's a big issue the student could just ask the teaching staff not to call them any more I guess? I don't really see it as a huge problem. |
