Has anyone worked for Advanced English Language School, Speak Up Language Center, Denis' School, or Overcome the Barrier Language School? All of these schools are in Moscow. Please reply if you have experience with any of these schools. I will be speaking with individuals from each of them soon (about employment), and would like to have as much information about them as possible. |

Lots of little language mills springing up in Moscow these days. Had an interview with Speak Up once. Wasn't a very attractive offer at all, but that was a while back. I got the impression that most of the start-up costs went into a sleek school interior complete with trendy glass whiteboard thingies. Might be better now, but I wouldn't hold breath too much.
Never heard of Overcome the Barrier, but what a great local name!
Let us know how things work out.
Good luck.
PS
Might be better to post this on the Russia & CIS page |
