I'm looking for jobs under the Hess organization in taiwan, but they require you to have the actual degree in paper with you. my problem is that i'm finishing up my degree at the end of august and wouldn't have my degree until october. has anyone came across the same problem?

I would recommend you not work for Hess. That would solve the problem. Try tealit or asking around on the Forumosa website.
