| That's what GEOS called its system where they actually have you in there for 45 hours/week but they claim that you are only teaching for 29.5 hours or less and so are not eligible for benefits. Which is also a lie, but under 30 hours is the cutoff where nobody really checks into it. |

It's a full time job, without any of the benefits of having a full-time job. |
