I have been accepted for a job with nova full time and they are going to sponsor me for a visa. I am currently in Japan and interviewed here last week.
Do NOVA always dish out three year visas or am I going to have to apply again next year for another visa? |

The visa doesnt come from NOVA, it comes from immigration who decide if you get a one-year or three year visa. NOVA is simply the sponsor of your visa.
There seems to be no logic or reason as to which one you will get when you renew your visa. |
