Does anyone have any experience with Pearson Longman Schools in Shanghai? I have seen their ads everywhere...they mention a low number of teaching hours and a large number of administration hours. Are these administration hours a secret way of sneaking in more teaching hours? |

Maybe it is just a secret way of saying that you will be standing on street corners handing out ads for the school ? |

Friend worked there. Said he spent 2-3 hours a day UNPAID commuting around Shanghai to different schools and often spent more time on buses and trains than teaching. And they only gave him 150 rmb a month for bus/train fare. And no housing, gotta find your own and its tough on the 1500 rmb a month they gave him. |
