Has anyone worked at this university or in Qinhuangdao generally?

I have a job offer from them and am concerned about the 11 p.m. curfew clause in the contract (which they refuse to budge on).

Otherwise, any other experiences with Qinhuangdao (not necessarily with this uni) are welcome here.
