I have just read about alarmingly high levels of air pollution that occurred in Hong Kong this March. I also saw the thick carbon, sulphur and other non kitchen sink chemicals that cloak Shanghai on a regular place. I have never been to either place though so thought I would ask here if anyone has suffered any illnesses from such a seemingly poisonous cocktail and how it affects your daily lives.
