| I received a preliminary job offer in the United Arab Emirates but it is pending upon approval from the Ministry of Education. Does anyone know how long it usually takes the Ministry of Education to approve of the contract? |

Hard to say... it is Ramadhan... all bets are off.  Actually I've never heard of waiting for ministry approval. Is this for Teachaway or another recruiter? They are probably the best ones to ask... or your employer if you are direct hire.
