Please help.

Can someone tell me the entire process for applying for a job in Taiwan? What documents to we need?

Can my husband use his Bachelor of Technology degree?

The basic qualifications for an English teacher in Taiwan are:

1. White
2. Able to remain vertical for 90 minutes
3. Under 30 (the younger the better)
4. Female (big plus)
5. Head doesn't explode when constantly having mutually exclusive demands made of you

The more of these qualifications you possess, the easier you will find work. And if you want to keep the job remember: In Taiwan, teaching English has nothing to do with teaching English.

As for the hiring process, you walk into a buxiban and if the laoban thinks you look the part, the job is yours because looks are all that matter.
