The Opportunity
Due to the expansion of Continuing Education Programs, Zayed University�s Institute for Community Engagement (ICE) is looking to recruit well-qualified English language teachers, and High School Math and Science teachers to join the Institute in September 2010. ICE Continuing Education Programs provide courses to pre-baccalaureate students using an integrated-skill, content-based approach. Teachers have a teaching load of twenty contact hours per week.
The Requirements
Applicants must have a B.A. in the discipline such as English, math, a science or a B.A. degree in Education with a specialty in English as a Second Language or Math or Science or a B.A. in a closely related field and have a minimum of one years� teaching experience, preferably at the adult or tertiary or pre-university developmental levels. Teachers� language must be English of an English speaking nation. Teachers with a recognized teaching qualification and a high degree of computer literacy and who currently live in the UAE will be given preference.
The Benefits
The ICE�s benefits package is attractive, with competitive teacher salaries free of tax in the United Arab Emirates, and a cash allowances for housing, annual vacation airline tickets and subsidized healthcare for the employee. Contracts are for one year, and after the first year of service can be extended for additional years.

I don't know how anyone here would know the answer to that one. But, if it is still advertised on the website (I note that it was posted in July), all you can do is apply and see what happens. Getting rather late for September hires though...
