The government encourages people to spend more on killing themselves slowly and painfully so they can get more money.supposedly to help those in need!!We all know what happens to most government money in Russia anyway......

It is actually brilliant.
The most expensive healthcare happens at the end of a long and healthy life. Smokers cost society less money than healthy people, because they die younger.
If people don't live long and healthy lives, then no one has to pay for them to sit around in a nursing home soiling themselves through their late 70s and 80s. |
