I've seen positions for all subjects. I have a friend that teaches AP History in Jiangxi province. |

I think education in general is in demand, as more and more Chinese can afford it these days. |

For certified teachers, physics and math are the way to go. If you are not certified, it's pretty much just ESL. Some people with MBAs or other advanced degrees get (well paid) work with joint university programs Those are partnerships between Chinese and western universities, where the students study in China and receive a degree from the western university, or else study first in China and then go overseas. In those programs you typically teach business-related classes, such as management, finance, marketing etc. |
