Does anyone know where to look for jobs in finland? Has anyone taught in Finland?

I've looked and looked for jobs in Finland and it seems like they are few and far between. I think you have to be there to get a job or, be very experienced and get a job at an international school. I'm sure having a legal work permit would help as well.

You can find regular listings for Finland and other EU countries on EURES, European Job Mobility Portal.

I taught in Finland for 11 years. It was a wonderful experience, but I did notice that if one is not an EU citizen it is very difficult to get on there. The company I worked for sponsored my visa, but stopped sponsoring non-EU teachers sometime about 10 years ago. If you are an EU citizen, you might have a better chance, but non-EU--look elsewhere...
