| I've looked and looked for jobs in Finland and it seems like they are few and far between. I think you have to be there to get a job or, be very experienced and get a job at an international school. I'm sure having a legal work permit would help as well. |

| I taught in Finland for 11 years. It was a wonderful experience, but I did notice that if one is not an EU citizen it is very difficult to get on there. The company I worked for sponsored my visa, but stopped sponsoring non-EU teachers sometime about 10 years ago. If you are an EU citizen, you might have a better chance, but non-EU--look elsewhere... |
