I have been living in Beihai for over a year, not too big, maybe just a little too small, fresh air, a couple of nice beaches, can't beat the weather, can get a bit steamy in the summer, but some decent breezes from the seaside. Love eating BBQ on the beach or the streets, cloudless nights, with the stars strong above.
Not a bad place to be, fairly cheap, the people are helpful, and excellent seafood.
Feel free to e-mail me and I left a thing or two about Beihai on the job information journal, if I'm right and that is what it is called.
Come on down for a visit and promise to take you out for whatever you like,
