Hi,

Both myself and my partner have recently completed our CELTA in Thailand, and are currently looking for a job. As we have no previous experience in teaching, we are finding this task a bit daunting!
We have been looking at jobs in China and have offered a job at small school going by the name of "English Geeks training centre" in Yangzhou, China. We are aware that are many "scams" in the esl job market and are wondering if anyone has heard of this school, as we can find no information on the internet regarding them, though he has offered us email addresses for other teachers.

I like the name, perhaps they're gooning on the other "schools". If they are, it's encouraging. Ask them very specific questions as to residency procedures (visa, FEC, health check), housing, payment method, etc.
