A common issue for new teachers (or practising teachers coming to Russia from other countries & contexts) is what to expect at an interview with a Moscow language school. Applicants may be asking themselves questions such as:

'Should I have an example of a lesson plan ready?'

'Should I prepare for questions on tricky grammar points?'

'Will they ask me how to spell accommodation?' (NB BKC probably will)

A good way to secure the job offer would be to flip it. Turn that sh.t around on them. Topsy turvy that m..... f.....

Larry will explain...

				| As an addendum, I should add that it's probably not a good idea to try turning that sh.t around in an interview for IELTS or such like. |

flipping it might work, i got asked to explain 'present perfect' i simpl said 'can't do it' and asked her to fill me in. she couldn't either. so i could have said it is the tense for descrbing animal rectal exams and she'd have believed me.

moral of story: flipping works only until flipped back.
