I just finished my Nova interview today....and it was slightly harder than I expected. I think it was difficult because some of the questions were just plain dumb. I had to rate a reading passage on a scale of 1-10 on where I thought the Japanese student's reading level would be. I needed some sort of bench-mark....I have no clue how good a Japanese student can read!
How much credence do they put into your answers? Do they accept most people? I think I did Ok, just not as good as some of the other job interviews I've had over the years.
