I just received an offer from a school in UAE and I wish to verify if this form needs to be filled out. Can anyone confirm this as legit or fake?

SCAM - the .tk in the address is a dead giveaway - check the sticky at the top of the page for more info.

There was no US flag when I opened it. I suspect that your sighting had something to do with the ad at the top of the page. But one should find it odd that a supposedly official government web site would have ads running at the top. Laughing

Anyone know if this is a screen shot and edit of an actual page?

These scammers are getting more creative.
