Please no dumb comments. Please find something better to do with your free time. This forum is supposed to be a resource. We are looking for a 2 bedroom house/apt 2 bath in district 3. |

When are you coming in and exactly where do you want to live? Do you know yet? I mean, is it by a certain school or something? Q3 is relatively expensive but well worth the extra dong. I live in Q1 and pass through there daily on my commute. If I didn't have such an amazing situation now, I'd move there in a heartbeat.
You've changed your expectations based on someone's experience (and good intentions, I add), probably outside of Q3. And that's okay.
But honestly, if you want a 2br 2ba house in Q3 at that price (you're talking about an extremely moneyed, powerful area), you'll want to be open to something different than your typically served on a silver platter high priced expat place. Maybe you'll find something far better.
If you want a 1 BR for the short term, I can definitely find something comfortable, but it sounds like you're actually needing more than that.
If you're serious and can tell me when you'll be here and exactly what you need and where, I can put some energy into this. You may need to be flexible -- like within the 2 space/price ranges you've mentioned here -- but if you can be a little patient, you can find something.
I can also point you into your original 1BR (a really good location) while you search out something more comfortable.
Ping me. This can happen. |

I'm with rpulayya in finding a house or apartment. We are definitely interested. We are in Ho Chi Minh City now and are looking for a place to move in within the next week or so. Please contact us at 016.3211.9801 or 019.9946.5600.
Thanks! |

We ended up working with Chum's House. He is a great guy who helped us with finding a great place in district 3. We ended up with a private house near the train station. It's a proper VN style house that has five floors. The house has two bedroom and two bath. We are paying 500. We looked at several other homes and the price ranges were between 450-650. Our house is very modern and very clean. Thanks everyone for your help! |
