I wonder if there is a market-demand for private English lessons in Jubail and if anybody knows how i can advertise myself.
Thanks... |

Most sponsorrs take a dim view of their people offering private lessons. Ads in Supermarkets and word of mouth. ALWAYS get the money up front and make it clear that a no-show lesson has to be paid for.
You could be in for a rough voyage. |

Be careful. If you work where I THINK you work... naughty! |

Almost all contracts forbid teachers 'moonlighting' - it may even be against Saudi labour law.
That said, very many teachers do teach outside their own college, whether by giving private lessons or teaching at language schools in the evening. The trick, as always and everywhere in KSA, is to be discreet. That means NO public advertising of any sort. I don't know anything about Jubail, but in the big Saudi cities there is generally high demand for private English tutors. Most people pick up jobs like this through word of mouth.
If you do take on extra work, don't blab about it. Even though employers are probably aware many of their staff are doing this, if you make an issue of it your employers would have the right to terminate your contract. |

Cleo, you are a spoilsport. I was hoping to see this hapless individual dragged off screaming in chains. |
