It's interesting that a certain school in Matsuyama, Ehime, is advertising again although it advertised not that long ago. You work for 40 hours, are preferred to have TESOL or whatever certification, and the school will help you with accommodation (no money specified).
What isn't specified is that this is the same school that advertised not so long ago and declared that if the teacher they employed resigned or finished their contract, they can't work in Matsuyama for 2 years or whatever time it was.
Do you really want to work for an employer who blatantly inserts illegal clauses in their foreign teacher's contract? There isn't even anything remotely to justify trying to enslave your FORMER employee and limit their right to work freely in Japan.
Oh and the salary is 200,000 to 230,000 yen per month. Not enough for 40 hours of week and the baggage that comes with working for an employer who tried to dictate where their ex employee works.
The school's name starts with an 'N'. Give it a wide berth. |
